We are a cardiology focused medical business that aims to provide quality, cardiology based medical equipment to the Australian and NZ Markets.

We provide excellent customer service and a consistent experience in Schiller product support, ensuring we are continually meeting and exceeding requirements.

What was the need area that prompted you to look for a new software solution?

We had moved a majority of our business systems over to OS X with the exception of our POS system, we were having all sorts of issues with our old system and so we began the search for an OS X compatible replacement.

Why did you contact My Mac?

We first discovered Lightspeed on the Xsilva website, and My Mac were listed as a premium reseller.....so we contacted them.

How have the solutions provided been a benefit to you as the owner/manager?

Moving over to OS X our computer maintenance costs have decreased significantly whilst our business has continued to grow. The ease of use of Lightspeed has allowed this to happen with very little friction, not only making the quoting process simpler and faster, but also making invoicing and inventory management a lot simpler too.

How have the solutions provided been a benefit to your staff?

Lightspeed has made it easier for our sales guys to send out quotations, for our admin staff to order and invoice process simpler and faster.

Lightspeed has made it easier for us to deliver quotes, which we love turning into orders and invoices. It's also made it easier to see stock levels at a glance, whether we are in the office or just using our iPhones.

Daylite we are not 100% sold on so far, well to be honest I am but I'm still trying to get my staff using it effectively. Bit by bit they are getting the 'CRM concept' where they are understanding that the more we know about our clients the better we can sell to them.

What value have you found in My Mac's Setup/Training/Support services?

It's made it less of a burden on me, previously I would handle all of our install and training. It's freed my time to focus more on the running of the business.

Would you reccomend My Mac and/or your solution to other businesses? Why?

Yes as they are easy to deal with, quick to respond to queries, and are very friendly.
