Venn aims to support and strengthen the arts in Australia by providing a platform for emerging artists and designers and showcasing leading local and international art and design.

What was the need area that prompted you to look for a new software solution?

During the set up stages of VENN we began researching options a POS for the gallery and shop component of the business, we were looking for a new, dynamic point of sale software system which married up with the vision for our business and reflected the products we retailed - This search led us to MyMac.

Why did you contact My Mac?

I contacted MyMac as we were certain that we wanted to run our business on Macs and were interested in finding out about Lightspeed. Lightspeed seamed like the right solution for our business and this has proved to be the case.

How have the solutions provided been a benefit to you as the owner/manager?

Yes they have, I feel that I have a reliable point of sale system. This makes me feel confident on many levels both in the experience we provide the customer but also back of house.. I am also at ease knowing that my staff have such a user friendly POS to use as that it up with the times and looks great too !!

How have the solutions provided been a benefit to your staff?

Yes they have, the staff all enjoy working on Lighspeed and find it a very easy program to use.

How have the solutions provided improved your business overall?

To be honest it is very hard to tell as we have only been trading for a few weeks but so far we have found the reporting side of things very good, sales are also very easy to process as is entering and updating information. Looking forward to becoming a little more familiar with all that lightspeed has to offer.

What value have you found in My Mac's Setup/Training/Support services?

Yes I would especially if you are Mac customer - Lightspeed is such a dynamic piece of software, such a appealing interface and very user friendly.

We are so happy we made the choice to go with Lightspeed.
