Things to do before you come in
We recommend backing up your Mac before you come to our Service Centre. If you do not already own an external hard drive, you may wish to purchase one at one of our stores.
You may also wish to take a video or a photo of the symptoms that you may be experiencing with the Mac, this will help us further understand your issue.
If you are bringing along an accessory that came with your Mac (i.e battery, charger, mouse or keyboard.) Please take note of the serial number of your Mac as the warranty for those peripherals are linked to the Mac.
No Reservation Required
Just walk into any of our stores and you can book in your machine to have it looked at without having to wait.
If you need the machine looked at urgently, you may wish to consider our Priority Service where we will commence work on your Mac within 3 hours*.
